About Dialog eSim Technology
Dialog network is compatible with any eSIM device that complies with the Remote SIM Provisioning Phase 2 Standard issued by the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA). This is the most recent standard that has been issued by GSMA and any device that complies with older standards or deviates from the standard will be incompatible with Dialog’s eSIM.
You can check if a device is eSIM compatible by checking your device support page or Dial *#06# . If your device is eSIM-compatible, you should be able to view your device’s eSIM unique identification number (EID)
Note: Devices that are Locked to a particular mobile network by the Device Manufacturer may not be allowed to download a Dialog eSIM profile even if the device model is as per the standard by Dialog.

Yes. Your existing mobile number and email address will be validated with a one-time password (OTP), and your existing SIM card will be deactivated within 3 hours of a successful order placement.
