Can I use my Dialog Club Vision discount when signing up for Dialog Fibre?

Yes, however, the discount percentage will vary depending on the category of your membership.

What is Dialog’s Fair Usage Policy?

To maintain the quality and performance of our service(s), which could be disrupted by usage patterns of a small number of customers, Dialog Axiata PLC has established a Fair Usage Policy to protect the interest of all our customers and ensure the highest level of service performance for all users. As such, this policy automatically restricts internet speeds once certain data usage limits are reached.

What packages are subject to Fair Usage Policy?

Dialog Fibre’s speed-based unlimited packages are subject to Fair Usage Policy. The packages are as follows :

50 Mbps Unlimited – 500GB maximum monthly usage limit at which point speed will be throttled to 5 Mbps.
100 Mbps Unlimited – 1000GB maximum monthly usage limit at which point speed will be throttled to 5 Mbps.
200 Mbps Unlimited – 2000GB maximum monthly usage limit at which point speed will be throttled to 5 Mbps.

Are there any alternatives to increase the speed limit after the daily/monthly Fair Usage limit has been exceeded?

No, there are no alternatives to increase the speed limit after you have exceeded the daily/monthly Fair Usage limit. The Fair Usage Policy will be lifted on the 1st of the next month, when you can continue to enjoy normal surfing speeds.

Will I still be able to use data after I have exceeded the monthly Fair Usage limit?

Yes, Fair Usage Policy only reduces speeds to 5Mbps. This speed is sufficient to surf websites, use Facebook, Twitter, etc. However, you may experience difficulty with heavy internet activities like streaming and downloads.
