As the driving force behind this annual spectacle, Dialog continues to Power the Champions of Tomorrow, fostering competitive spirit, camaraderie, and a deep-rooted passion for the sport that unites generations.

As March approaches, excitement will sweep across the island as past and present students come together to celebrate this timeless tradition—a true reflection of national pride and brotherhood. This year, Dialog will sponsor seven prestigious Big Matches, featuring 14 distinguished schools competing for legacy, pride, and sporting excellence.

At the forefront of the season is the 146th Battle of the Blues, the world’s second-oldest Big Match, where S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia, and Royal College will battle for supremacy at the Sinhalese Sports Club on March 6th, 7th, and 8th. Following this historic encounter, the Mustangs Trophy will captivate audiences on March 15th.

Other highly anticipated matchups include the 91st Battle of the Saints, where St. Joseph's College and St. Peter's College will clash on April 3rd, 4th, and 5th, followed by their One Day encounter on April 26th at SSC. The 120th Lovers’ Quarrel between Richmond College and Mahinda College will take place on April 3rd, 4th, and 5th at the Galle International Stadium, with the One Day match on April 11th.

Meanwhile, the 118th Battle of the Maroons will unfold in the Hill Country, as Dharmaraja College and Kingswood College compete on April 4th, 5th, and 6th, followed by their One Day contest on April 19th at Pallekele. The 41st Battle of the Rocks between St. Anne's College and Maliyadeva College will be played on March 28th and 29th, culminating in the One Day match on March 30th at Welegedara Stadium.

Adding to the excitement, the 108th Battle of the Golds will see St. Patrick's College take on Jaffna College on March 27th and 28th, with the One Day encounter on April 1st at St. Patrick's College grounds. The season will continue with the 73rd Battle of the Golds, where Sri Sumangala College and Moratuwa Maha Vidyalaya will compete at the Moratuwa De Soysa Grounds on March 28th, 29th, and 30th, followed by the One Day match on April 6th.

These prestigious contests serve as stepping stones for aspiring sports stars, providing them with a platform to showcase their talent and pursue greater heights in the sport.
