2024 Swarna Shakthi Reward & Loyalty Program General Terms and Conditions for Retailers
- Retailers shall be awarded a value of LKR one (1) Rupee per each point received under the scheme.
- In order for a Retailer to be eligible to redeem their points or obtain Bonus Points, a Retailer shall have collected a minimum of 100 points per month.
- The Retailer shall be able to check the total points accumulated under the Program through the retail hub app.
- The Retailer shall be able to determine the gifts available for claim only from the WOW App.
- Points are valid for 3 years and will expire on 31st December of each year.
- Retailers shall be strictly required to redeem all points remaining from the year 2016 to 2021 31st December, by 31st Dec 2024
- The Retailers shall have the following options when redeeming points:
a. Redeem all points based on the cart value
b. If you have less points than the cart value, redeem all points and pay the balance in cash of card
Note: partial redemption of points is not allowed if the cart value more that the available points.
- The program will be conducted at the sole discretion of Dialog and Dialog has the full authority to withdraw the program at any time at its sole discretion.
- Dialog reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, point structure, or any other aspect of the program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- In the event of account deactivation or termination of the retailer's relationship with Dialog, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
- The Retailers shall have no conferred right to claim or take any legal action against Dialog in the event this program is suspended without any prior notice. In the event of any suspension the points redemption of points will be sole discretion of Dialog
- Any Dialog retailer registered under the dialog system is eligible for the Swarnashakthi program.
